Carpati Construction (Antrepriza Generala de Constructii Carpati - AGCC) will build the four residential towers that the Israeli-based Platinum Group is developing in Vitan, an area of Bucharest. AGCC will build a total of 300 apartments, of which 163 by end-2008 and the rest in 2009. No less than 137 apartments have been sold already since the project was launched in November 2006. These apartments account for 84% of the first two towers. The complex will measure 6,500 square meters in total, whereas the buildings will measure 30,000 square meters in total above ground and 10,000 square meters underground (parking and storage).
