EnglishReal estate developer Cascade Group will invest over 60 million EUR in a class A office building located in the northern area of Bucharest, according to a company press release
The 18-storey Euro Tower will provide approximately 18,000 sqm of office space and 180 underground parking spaces as well as 300 public outdoor parking units. The building will be surrounded by a green area.
Euro Tower is located at the junction of Barbu Vacarescu Street and Lacul Tei Boulevard. The project is financed by Banca Romaneasca and Piraeus Bank. Bovis Lend Lease International of UK is appointed Project Manager.
Cascade Group was established in Romania in 1998 and is a fully owned subsidiary of East and Central European Venture Capital BV, registered in the Netherlands, which has been funding both commercial and residential real estate developments.
