Celco - Constanta has increased their stake in port operator Socep (BSE: SOCP) to 10.48% following the purchase of 1 million shares from Ion Musaloiu for 0.255 RON/share and of 3.33 million shares from other shareholders on February 2nd.
The overall volume of 4.33 million shares was transacted for 1.1 million RON. Construction materials producer Celco has a share capital of 19.5 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. For the first nine months of 2006, the company reported 63.2 million RON in turnover (+9.23%) and revenues of 62.4 million RON (+7.7%).The net result was 23.8 million RON.
