Electric appliance manufacturer Celule Electrice - Bailesti (RASDAQ:CLEL) has increased share capital by 14.17 million RON to 24.89 million RON (6.93 million EUR) through a capital injection and by incorporating reserves. Shareholders registered as such by October 24th received 1.53 million new shares at a 1:7 ratio. The shareholders injected 12.64 million RON by subscribing 12.64 million shares for the face value.
Following the increase, Celule Electrice has a share capital of 24.89 million RON divided into 24.89 million shares with a face value of 1 RON. The majority shareholder is Catalin Chelu with 71.85%. For the first nine months of the year, the company reported a turnover of 5.55 million RON (1.64 million EUR), up by 51% y/y. The H1 net profit was 1.13 million RON (338,800 EUR) nearly 7x higher y/y.
