The management contained operating expenses and, despite intensified production, the sum increased by only 4.2 million RON y/y to 24,573,010 RON. Thus, the operating profit reached 13,349,707 RON. Financial losses totaled 420,689 RON, so the overall gross profit reached 12,929,018 RON. After subtracting taxes, the net profit stood at 10,998,534 RON.
Ceramica produces bricks, tiles and other clay-based construction materials. The majority shareholder is EuroBrick International BV. Ceramica has a share capital of 8,160,712 RON, divided into 16,321,424 shares with a face value of 0.5 RON. Eurobrick International holds 10,752,804 shares, followed by various legal entities with 20.05% and individuals with 14.06%. EuroBrick International BV is directly and indirectly controlled by various US-based investment funds in the Advent International Group.
