Over the course of last month, "Ceramica" Zalău lowered its stake in construction materials maker "Cemacon" Zalău (symbol: CEON) below 5%, earning over 1.12 million lei, according to reports posted on the Rasdaq website.
"Ceramica" sold 12.45 million shares (around 5%) of Cemacon" in several transactions, at an average price of 0.09 lei/share.
In 2007, "Ceramica" was one of the main shareholders of "Cemacon", with a stake of almost 20%, but it subsequently began liquidating its position, reaching just 10% by the end of 2007.
Right now, the largest shareholder of "Cemacon" is brokerage firm "Broker" Cluj Napoca, which controls over 13% of the company.
