Salary is the basis of negotiations on the employer-employee axis. There are other important details, but the money offered/received is the fixed point. Employers in Tourism/HoReCa, Retail, Services, Transport/Logistics and Construction have the most job advertisements with the displayed salary, shows an analysis published by an online recruitment platform. According to eJobs.ro, of the 25,000 available jobs at the moment, almost 9,000 have their salary displayed in the job advertisement: "Although the European Commission approved last year the directive that will oblige companies to communicate information on salaries, it is still in the grace period for implementation and therefore further, more than half of the total number of job advertisements do not have the public salary". Compared to the almost 9,000 jobs with published salaries, available at this moment on eJobs.ro, just over 2,000 belong to companies in the Tourism/HoReCa sector. Salario data (salary comparator) reveals that the average net salary, at the national level, for those who work in this field is 3,500 lei/month. In second place, the most transparent field when it comes to salaries is Retail, with almost 2,000 posted jobs where the salary is made public by employers. The average salary for this sector is 3,800 lei/month. Also, retail is the largest employer nationally, with 6,200 positions available - both jobs that have the salary displayed and those that do not provide salary information in the job advertisement. The podium is completed by the employers in Production and Services, both with 700 jobs for which they have posted salaries. In this sense, if for Services the average net salary is 4,100 lei, for Production the value reaches 4,200 lei.
