Changes in the board of directors of Condmag SA

Condmag SA Braşov has a new board of directors. The shareholders of the maker of gas and oil pipelines have reelected two new directors of the old board, including its chairman and the largest shareholder of the company, Gheorghe Călburean. Another member of the board of directors that kept his position is the official of the investment fund Middle Europe Investments, Cristian Robert Fader.

The board of directors of the company also includes Dana Elisabeta Nanu, a financial officer of Dafora, another company controlled by Călburean, the general manager of the company, Alexandru Liviu Tătar, and the business director of the company, Mariana Pruteanu.

The last three are replacing the economic director of Dafora Mediaş, Veronica Ligia Maior, Cristina Şuteu, the head of the public relations department of Dafora, and Alina Antoaneta Onea.

The members of the Board of Directors will have a net monthly wage of 6,000 lei, whereas the chairman of the Board of Directors will be compensated with 35,000 lei.

Dafora and Condmag belong to the Dafora group of companies controlled by Călburean. Through Dafora, the Transylvanian businessman holds 44.64% of the shares of Condmag, as well as 48.58% of the shares of the company of Mediaş.

The shareholder structure of the company of Braşov also includes the Dutch fund OGBB A Van Herk, with a stake of 10.63%, as well as the fund MEI Roemenie & Bulgarije Fonds registered in Holland, which holds almost 5% of the shares.
