The shareholders of chemical plant Chimcomplex Borzeşti, approved the taking of a loan of 8.6 million Euros, which will be used for energy efficiency works. According to a report by the company issued to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the loan will be guaranteed using the company"s equipment and tools. The Serviciile Comerciale Române group, owned by businessman Ştefan Vuza, controls 83.8% of "Chimcomplex", through A2 Impex Ploieşti.
