Shareholders in plastics manufacturer Chimica Orastie approved on June 22nd a share capital increase by up to 3,925,640 RON through a cash injection. The company will issue 1,570,256 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON.
Shareholders can subscribe one new share for each share held, at a price of 2.5 RON. Unsubscribed shares will be canceled. Chimica Orastie has a share capital of 3,925,640 RON. The company is listed on Rasdaq as of July 30th 1997, under the symbol CHII.
