According to GM Dan Damian, the company has hired a significant number of new staff, and this is why the turnover slightly slid from 2005. Ciel has 60 employees, most of whom are in the development and PR departments.
The company"s social responsibility activities are intended to support young professionals starting a career in economics. The Ciel Foundation last year started a first private initiative to support young professionals to start a business or a career in economics.
Ciel has introduced the software "Ciel Conta Expert Contabil" intended for both enterprise and freelance accountants. Established 15 years ago, Ciel has some 20,000 customers and has sold some 35,000 licenses.
