Local administrations face an increasingly wide range of problems, from the outside and from the inside. The Mayor of Sector 1, Clotilde Armand, announced that the City Hall of Sector 1 will be closed because of the local PNL - PSD councilors, who took the money from the operation of the town hall and gave it to the Cathedral of Salvation.
She states that she already filed a criminal complaint last week, because it is forbidden by law to stop public service. The mayor announces that he will open a registry office in front of the PSD headquarters in Kiseleff and one in front of the PNL headquarters in Modrogan. Clotilde Armand wrote on Facebook: "I am making an important announcement for all the residents of Sector 1. The Town Hall of Sector 1 will be closed because of the local councilors PNL - PSD. They took the money from the operation of the town hall and gave it to the Cathedral of Salvation. The registry office will be closed and so will public services. The town hall has no way to function without a budget, an extremely serious and unprecedented thing. For what the PNL - PSD did, I already filed a criminal complaint last week. It is forbidden by law to stop the public service. But it seems that this is not enough for these unconscious people". The mayor also added: "From today we will no longer have internet in the institution. We haven't had a security guard since last week. We will close the town hall and I will inform every citizen in the sector about how it is being stolen by the PSD PNL coalition. I will open a registry office in front of the PSD headquarters in Kiseleff and one in front of the PNL headquarters in Modrogan. Let the whole country see how desperate those who industrially stole this town hall are, that they can no longer steal in peace". The City Hall of Sector 1 has faced an unnatural number of scandals and blockages in recent years.
