The company aims to become one of the top real estate agencies in our country by the end of the year, its development plan including an expansion by 20 offices in the next three years.
Coldwell Banker will provide a wide range of services - brokerage for all segments of the real estate market, as well as adjacent services, such as acquisitions, market studies, investment analyses, property management, due diligence. Some of the programs the company will introduce on the Romanian market are "Coldwell Banker Previews"- a service intended for the luxury segment, through which one can buy over 1 million EUR properties, and "New homes" - a program intended for developers of new residential projects. Another service is "Coldwell Banker Concierge" - a network of suppliers providing services adjacent to real estate sales or acquisitions.
