EnglishAnchor Group, the owner of the Bucharest Mall, Plaza Romania and the luxury residential complex In City, has selected Colliers International as the lead leasing agent for Anchor Plaza Metropol, which is a 12-floor, Class A office building offering some 36,000 square meters of rentable space. The net surface per level is 3,000 square meters. Anchor Plaza Metropol is located close to Plaza Romania. Colliers has announced they have already leased two floors measuring some 6,500 square meters.
