Comcereal - Bacau will also shareholders for authorization to borrow up to 6 million RON in order to secure the funds for the seeds necessary for this year, as well as for some crop maintenance, according to an announcement to RASDAQ quoted by NewsIn.
The loans will be collateralized with a plot of land and building in Parincea. The shareholders will convene 29 April to discuss the terms of the loans and make a decision. Comcereal has a share capital of 2.31 million RON divided into 23.14 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Conagra is the leading shareholder with 50.39%.
