Comcm bought 1,685,200 shares for an average price per share of 1.04 RON. Comcm has a share capital of 1,997,300 RON divided into shares with a face value of 798,920 RON with a face value of 2.5 RON. Comcm shares are listed on RASDAQ Tier III. SIF Transilvania holds 56.4% in the company, followed by Constantin Fratila with 32.56%. The remaining 11.04 % is free float. Comcm concluded last year with a net profit of 4.7 million RON, up by 292.46% y/y. The turnover increased from 19,006,436 RON in 2006 to 30,368,254 RON in 2007.
