Metal structures manufacturer Comelf Bistrita plans to increase its profit by 53% this year, the company expecting revenues of 111,2 million RON and expenses of 104,9 million RON. The company plans to invest 1.121.608 EUR this year. Comelf concluded 2006 with net profit of 3.595.594 RON, up 27% year-on-year, and turnover of 28 million EUR, gaining nearly 20% from 2005. Investments reached 1,4 million EUR.
In the General Meeting held on April 17th, shareholders approved to distribute 1,5 million RON as dividends, the gross dividend being 0,0647 RON/share. Comelf Bistrita is listed on BSE as CMF and has a share capital of 13.579.505,2 RON, divided into 23,4 million shares with a face value of 0,58 RON. The majority shareholder is Uzinsider, with 76,63% in the company.
