EnglishThe shareholders of clothing factory "Comixt" of Roşiorii de Vede (symbol: COMB), decided on Saturday to increase the share capital from 773,994.45 lei to 8,753,994.45 lei by issuing 42 million new shares, according to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The face value of a share is 0.19 lei, and shareholders registered with the Central Depository on August 8th, 2011, have the pre-emption right.
At the end of last year, the majority shareholder of the company was "Grup N.T.I.R. SRL", which owned approximately 61% of the company, according to the Central Depository.
Shares of COMB were last traded on June 21st, at a price of 0.33 lei/share.
