EnglishCar parts manufacturer Compa - Sibiu has increased capital from 14.86 million RON to 21.88 million RON (6.46 million EUR) after shareholders had subscribed 94.37% of the newly issued shares. The company issued 74,333,600 new shares with a face value of 0.1 RON and invited shareholders to subscribe two new shares for each existing share.
Compa concluded Q2 with a net profit of 3.25 million RON (1.03 million EUR), up by 30.15% y/y amid a 32% increase in turnover to 76.87 million RON (24.5 million EUR). The leading shareholder is the Compa Employee Association with 54.59%. The company is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange Tier II as CMP.
