Shareholders in port operator Comvex SA Constanta have decided to pay out 88% of the company"s profit for 2006 as dividends, according to a report to Rasdaq, quoted by NewsIn. The gross dividend might be 1,81 RON/share, half of the dividend paid out for 2005.
Comvex concluded 2006 with a net profit of 9,14 million RON, down 36,12 % year-on-year, while turnover declined by 18% to 49,46 million RON, according to to the preliminary financial report sent to Rasdaq.
The company has a share capital of 11,052 million RON and is controlled by Solidmet SRL with 51,99%, followed by SIF Transilvania (SIF3) with 12,78% and Broadhurst investment fund with 10,43%.
