EnglishSibiu-based construction company Concefa (COFI) is asking shareholders for clearance to borrow up to 20 million EUR and increase share capital 4x to 19.16 million RON. Shareholders registered as such by December 1st will convene December 17th to discuss financing options. If the capital increase is approved, the company will issue 143.69 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Existing shareholders will be able to subscribe three new shares for every existing share.
Concefa has a share capital of 4.79 million RON divided into 47.9 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The majority shareholder is Horatiu Cercel, with 61.07%, followed by Mihaela Raicu with 6.8%. At the end of H1, the company reported a net profit of 1.74 million RON (556,680 EUR), up 5.66x y/y. The turnover gained 80% to 30.5 million RON (9.73 million EUR).
