In the face of severe financial difficulties, Constructii Nuclearo Electrice will split into two and transfer 96.71 percent of the assets to the other company, Constructii Nuclearo Edilitare. Constructii Nuclearo Electrice is on the verge of bankruptcy and has decided to transfer non-essential assets to a newly established company. After the split, Constructii Nuclearo Electrice will have be a civil engineering company and have the same shareholders (Employee Association - 80.92%), individual shareholders (18.91%), AVAS (0.11%), SIF III Transilvania (0.05%). The company will have a share capital of 351,397.50 RON divided into 3,513,975 shares.
