EnglishContempo is planning to expand their network of offices retailing real estate services in the next two years so as to have each office broker transactions of at least 10 million EUR/year. Upon inaugurating a new office in Titulescu Boulevard in Bucharest, company officials said the Romanian real estate market is on the rise as both the construction market and the purchasing power are growing. The target for 2008 is to have sales of at least 2.5 million EUR per employee and 10 million EUR per office. Contempo is the first real estate company to open retail stores for real estate services and also one of the few to offer a one-stop-shop on this market.
