The shareholders of Cord Buzău will meet on July 11th to discuss the proposal of the members of the board to increase the company"s share capital by 32.71 million lei.
This would increase the company"s share capital from 39.32 million lei to 72.03 million lei.
The company specializes in the production of metal cords, wiring and cabling.
The share capital increase will be performed by issuing 13.08 million new shares, with a face value of 2.5 lei. The company of Buzău is controlled by investment fund Do-Fi South-East Holding, of Austria, which owns 94.7%.
This is the second time a share capital increase has been proposed, after the company"s members of the board announced plans to increase the share capital by 25.8 million lei, to 65.1 million lei in January, but the meeting was not held because the majority shareholder was not present.
