COSMOTE Romania has spent over 2 million EUR to relocate and expand the core customer service operations to Iride Business Park in Bucharest. The new site measures 5,000 square meters and currently hosts over 300 employees of the Customer Relations Department and over 120 employees of the IT, data and network departments. The new center includes traffic monitoring and evaluation systems and interactive voice response system.
"COSMOTE started customer relations activities in December 2005 with nearly 50 employees. As a result of the fast growth in the number of customers, the team has reached 460 employees in three different sites," said Vassilis Trochalidis, Sales and Customer Relations Manager. The company"s head office is located in America House - Bucharest, over 3,500 square meters. Technical support sites are located in Timisoara, Iasi, Cluj, Bacau and Brasov.
