Being a universal bank, Credit Europe Bank offers very competitive products to all business segments, including big companies, SME companies and individuals. According to the market dynamics, the main growth will be on the side of SMEs and Individual clients, whereas big companies will continue to be important as well for a healthy growth, said Tamer Ozatakul, CEO of the bank.
He added that the bank"s unique product, Card Avantaj, will be the star of the plastic cards market.
Credit Europe Bank has a market share of close to 1.5% and plans to increase its activity to keep up with the growth of the dynamic economy in Romania. Mr Ozatakul said: "We are sure that we will increase our asset size beyond the growth of the banking system, resulting in a higher market share by end of 2007, close to 2%".
The bank had around 60 service points by end of 2006 and aims to serve in all major economic areas of the country. "Bucharest is our hot spot, but we give equal importance to all regions, because they have the biggest unexplored potential for the future of the economy", said Mr Ozatakul.
