Lucian Croitoru was a manager of the non bank lender Good.Bee Credit IFN, incorporated last year by Good Bee Holding Vienna - 49%, member of the Erste Bank group and by the Center for Economic Development -51%, a with small loan operations in several Romanian counties.
Lucian Croitoru worked as a manager of this IFN for three months, from December 2008 to February 2009.
Mr. Croitoru also figured as shareholder of the publishing house Editura Expert SA, incorporated in 1992, together with other nineteen experts and university teachers, such as sociologists Cătălin Zamfir, former Labor minister, or Ioan Mărginean, or economists Constantin Ciutacu, Gheorghe Dolgu, Mircea Ciumara, former Finance minister, Gheorghe Zaman, former economic issues advisor to president Ion Iliescu. According to some sources, also in 1992, Lucian Croitoru incorporated the company Consul Service SRL (later dissolved), together with other names with reputation in the economic field, such as Cornel Târhoacă or Gheorghe Oprescu, former chairman of the Competition Council.
