EnglishShareholders in Ardaf Insurance have appointed Daniel Tudor as the CEO and KPMG Audit as the company"s financial auditor for one year. The Ardaf Board also includes Mihaela Suhane and Bogdan Veterici-Soimu. Ardaf was placed under special administration by the Insurance Supervision Commission (CSA) last year until this month, when the company will increase share capital by over 100 million EUR as required by the CSA. In the first nine months of 2006, ARDAF incurred losses of 106.43 million RON (30.15 million EUR) down from a net profit of 557,629 RON (157,000 EUR) in the corresponding period of 2005.
