EnglishShareholders in Decebal Hotel Complex have approved the acquisition of 45% in Alpin 2003 SRL Poiana Brasov hotel company, for which the Bacau-based company intends to borrow 5,4 million EUR, according to a report to Rasdaq, quoted by NewsIn. Shareholders decided on March 23rd to mortgage the hotel as guarantee for the 5,4 million EUR loan.
Decebal Hotel Complex has a share capital of 442.700 RON, divided into 177.080 shares with a face value of 2,50 RON. The majority shareholder is Magura SA Targu Ocna, holding 78,13% in the company, while SIF Transilvania holds 10,52%. The company is listed on Rasdaq as CHDB.
