Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Immobilienfonds M.B.H. (DEGI), the investment arm of Allianz, has bought the A Class office buildings PVG Tower, Construdava I and Millennium Business Center from European Convergence Property Company, an investment fund managed by Charlemagne Capital.
According to realtor Eurisko, the contract is worth over 110 million EUR. The deal was conducted though a share sale. PVG Tower, Construdava I and Millennium Business Center were bought by Charlemagne Capital in February - July 2006. All the three buildings are 100% leased, mainly through Eurisko. Negotiations with DEGI started in February 2007 and took six months.
