EnglishCBRE Eurisko, the exclusive agent for the shopping centre Arena Mall - Bacau, yesterday announced to have successfully brokered the lease of 520 square metres to German-based footwear retailer Deichmann. According to a press release to BURSA, Deichmann has already opened 17 stores in Romania and has scheduled the inauguration of the one in the Arena Mall for next month.
At the time of opening, in 2007, the Arena Mall was the only mall in Bacau and measured 19,500 square metres. Further expansion in the following year delivered another 6,500 square metres.
