The Del Sole residential complex in Constanţa was built in a Mediterranean style, its architecture being a blend of modern and classical elements. The complex is located 4 km from Constanta, near Cumpana, on the bank of the Danube-Black Sea Cana. Accordinf to data provided by ImmoLand Company-Sibiu, the project"s exclusive agent , the Sun Highway will pass within 1 km of the complex and will have an important unloading point in the area.
Del Sole is the largest residential project in Constanta and one of the largest projects in Romania. The total surface area of the complex will be 60.000 sqm, the afferent land totalling 200.000 sqm. The surface area intended for facilities and services will occupy approximately 8.000 sqm.
The residential complex will comprise 400 villas, consisting of ground floor and one upper floor, the building surfaces varying between 130 and 180 sqm, with 300 to 500 sqm of afferent land. Prices range from 106.000 to 250.000 EUT (VAT included), while land price reaches 40 EUR/sqm. The project will be finalized within four years, the first phase including the construction of 70 villas, which will be delivered by the end of this year.
