After nine months of negotiations, Diverta has secured the lease for the commercial space formerly occupied by the Eva store on Magheru Blvd. in Bucharest. The owner, Bluehouse Capital agreed to rent the 1,800 square meters for the next 20 years.
According to Bluehouse Capital Sales & Marketing Developer Bogdan Jianu, Diverta won the contract for the respective space despite serious competition from one of the largest fashion retail groups in Europe, several banks and the European Commission.
Diverta is the largest media store chain in Romania, operating in 70 sites in 41 urban communities. Last year"s turnover exceeded 46 million EUR last year and is projected at over 56 million EUR for this year.
