Shareholders in pharmaceutical company Dornafarm - Suceava (RASDAQ:DOFA) have authorized a share capital increase by 5.84 million RON to 7.2 million RON and the acquisition of two pharmacies, according to an announcement to RASDAQ. The company will issue up to 11.7 million new shares to up to 14.4 million shares with a face value of 0.5 RON. On the same occasion, the shareholders authorized the acquisition of two pharmaceutical companies, Farma Stop Services SRL and Farmacia Gara de Nord SRL.
Dornafarm specializes in retailing pharmaceutical products and has a share capital of 1.36 million RON (406,500 EUR) divided into 2.72 million shares with a face value of 0.5 RON. Ovidiu Constantin Rabanca is the leading shareholder with 25.94%. The company owns 20 pharmacies and 3 drug warehouses. Last year"s turnover was 32.54 million RON (+36%), whereas the net profit stood at 39,350 RON, up by 9,000 RON y/y. Debts amounted to 27 million RON at the end of last year. The company has a market value of some 14.6 million RON (4.36 mln EUR) as per the October 17th quotation.
