Dornafarm (RASDAQ:DOFA) has increased share capital by 4.78 million RON following the subscription of 9.57 million shares by the existing shareholders. The company now has a share capital of 6.14 million RON divided into 12.28 million shares with a face value of 0.5 RON. Rabanca Ovidiu Constantin is the leading shareholder with 39.75%. Dornafarm shareholders have also authorized the merger with Farmastop Services and Farmacia Gara de Nord. The current quotation of Dornafarm shares is approximately 1 RON.
