EnglishInterbrands Marketing & Distribution has signed a lease agreement in Cefin Logistics Park, Europolis" project, for a total surface of 15,000 sq.m warehouse space and 1,700 sq.m office areas at the ground floor and mezzanine, DTZ Echinox announced.
Interbrands will occupy on 15th March 100 % of phase 3 of the logistics park, which is a customized building according to the tenant"s requirements and standards. Interbrands has been provided with 1,500 sq.m of chilled area from the total warehouse surface and with a large external parking platform.Thus, Interbrands has secured a good quality space for developing its successful business.
DTZ Echinox helped Interbrands through Cefin LP to find a competitive and flexible option in terms of ambient and chilled storage that suited perfectly to their needs.
Cefin Logistics Park is the prime logistics and distribution location situated on the Bucharest Pitesti highway, km 13. Cefin Logistics Park has already developed and fully let over 120,000 sq.m of class A warehouse and office areas. It is the most advanced project on the Bucharest logistics market and it has registered a big success since the first stage of its development, in 2004.
The entire project will consist of approximately 300,000 sq.m of international standard warehousing spaces and it will be the second largest such project for its owner, Europolis, who is also developing a 650,000 sqm logistic park in Poland.
