EnglishShareholders in Edil Constructii - Arad (RASDAQ:EDIL) have approved an increase in share capital by 3.02 million RON (895,500 EUR) to 4.02 million RON (1.19 million EUR) through a capital injection and the collection of a receivable worth 900,000 RON (266,800 EUR) from General Customs Builder SRL - Arad. The company will issue 30.2 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Shareholders registered as such by October 5th will be able to subscribe three new shares for each existing share. The leading shareholder is IFB Finwest - Arad with 49.66%. Last year"s results included a net profit of 66,360 RON, up from 37,000 RON in 2005.
