EnglishThe Sibiu Monetary, Financial and Commodities Exchange (BMFMS) has announced the introduction of eight new derivatives as of October 1st, 2007. Five of them are based on shares listed on RASDAQ (Iproeb - Bistrita, Imotrust - Arad, Albalact - Alba Iulia, ArmaxGaz - Medias and Dafora - Medias), whereas three of them are based on shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange /BSE/ (Oil Terminal - Constanta, Condmag - Brasov and Transelectrica - Bucharest).
Seven of the new instruments (Iproeb, Imotrust, Albalact, ArmaxGaz, Dafora, Oil Terminal and Condmag) have been recently approved by the National Securities Commission (CNVM) with certificates no. 59-65 of September 10th, 2007. Specifications will be published on the exchange"s website after September 17th. The derivatives based on Transelectrica shares (futures and options) were approved with certificates no. 57-58 of May 30th, 2007.
