Electroaparataj - Bucharest, a manufacturer of electricity distribution and control equipment, is aiming for 1.81 million RON in net profit this year, after having lost 10.4 million RON last year, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE).
The budget for 2008, as approved by the shareholders, indicates a gross profit of 2.24 million RON, a turnover of 88.25 million RON, overall revenues of 94.02 million RON and overall expenses of 91.78 million RON. Investments scheduled for this year have been estimated at 378,000 EUR.
Last year"s results included a turnover of 80.44 million RON, revenues of 96.24 million RON and expenses of 106.64 million RON. In 2006, Electroaparataj SA start a massive relocation of production to three sites, namely Titu, Bucharest and Targoviste.
The company is controlled by Broadhurst Investments Ltd. With 67.71%, followed by Metex Big SA with 10.8%. The company has a share capital of 6.46 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The company is listed on BSE Tier 2 as ELJ.
