Electronica SA Bucurest will sell land totalling 23,000 square meters for 7.5 million EUR without VAT, according to a company press release quoted by NewsIn. Shareholders in Electronica decided in the General Meeting held on May 16th to sign one or more contracts with Real Habitation for the sale of several parcels of land totalling 23,000 square meters.
The company has also sold another 15,000 square meters of land in District 2 of Bucharest to Immoeast Iride IV Project for 17.3 million RON without VAT. The first parcel has a surface area of over 2,500 square meters. The second parcel of land was acquired by Immoeast for 14.3 million RON and totals 12,239 square meters.
