Railway engine manufacturer Electroputere - Craiova (BSE:EPT) concluded Q3 with losses of 19.44 million RON (5.79 million EUR), up by 48% y/y, and a 12.23% turnover setback. At the end of Q3:2006, Electroputere had reported losses of 13.13 million RON. In Q3:2007, the turnover decreased 12.23% to 33.28 million RON (9.92 million EUR). Losses amounted to 30.71 million RON (9.15 million EUR), the same as in the year-ago period. Electroputere is being privatized to Al Arrab Company, which offered 2.3 million EUR for 62.82% in the share capital, plus debts of 61 million EUR and investments of 20 million EUR.
