The Management Board of Elsid SA has approved a 3 million RON increase in the company"s share capital. The company issued 1.302.666 shares with a face value of 2,5 RON/share, corresponding to the new share capital of 46.372.710 RON. The Management Board has also approved the cancellation of the unsubscribed 260.449 shares, worth 651.122,5 RON. Following the share capital increase, the majority shareholder is Metaleuroest with 84,50% in the company, followed by SIF Oltenia with 15,26%.
