Energoutilaj concluded last year with a profit of approximately 766.000 RON (227.000 EUR), after havong posted losses 637.000 RON in 2005. Y2006 turnover declined by 14% to 6 million RON (1,78 million EUR) compared to the previous year, when the company posted nearly 7 million RON in turnover.
The company has increased its share capital by 2,5 million RON, from 11,5 million RON to 14 million RON. The total number of shares will be by 5,6 million, with a face value of 2,50 RON. Following the share capital increase, the significant shareholders are Electroaparataj SA Bucharest (40,08%), Broadhurst Investments Ltd. (30,88%) and Bil Investitii (19,49%). Energoutilaj Bucharest is listed on Rasdaq as ENES.
