The trading price was 2.5 RON/shares, up by 13.64% from the previous session. Constructii Montaj - Satu Mare has a share capital of 912,957.50 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. According to the latest report, after the majority shareholder exited, The State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS) holds 0.73% in COMK. At the end of Q1, the company reported losses of 793,725 RON, up by 101.33% y/y. The turnover increased by 44.09% from 2007:Q1 to 543,295 RON.
