OAO Gazprom"s Gazprombank has signed a framework cooperation agreement with Romania"s state-owned Eximbank SA as part of its plan to expand its international business, according to Thomson Financial.
The agreement secures the main cooperation principles of the two financial institutions while organising project finance, commercial banking, payment transactions and other matters.
This agreement is the next move in realisation of Gadprombank"s strategic goals in developing effective cooperation with foreign countries.
