Felicity Residentials - 1200 New Apartments In Baneasa

Globe Trade Center (GTC) Romania has committed to ensure 51% of the 130 million EUR investment required to build Felicity Residentials, a 1,200 apartment complex in Baneasa, Bucharest. Deutsche Bank will provide 29%, whereas Bluehouse will come up with 20%.

The project is designed by MosheTzur Architects International. The complex will be built in several steps, the first of which comprises 112 apartments and 145 parking spaces. All of the 112 apartments, scheduled for hand-over in 2009, have been sold already.

The complex will be situated on a 10 hectare plot and have an overall built surface of 130,000 square meters. Apartments will measure between 60 sq.m. and 200 sq.m. and cost 1,370 EUR/sq.m. plus VAT. Some of them will have private gardens.

Others will be penthouse apartments with living rooms of up to five meters tall. Underground parking spaces will cost 12,000 EUR, whereas above-ground spaces will be sold for 8,000 EUR. The built surface will account for 25% of the premises, whereas green areas will stand for 30%. Alleys, sports grounds, playgrounds and other common spaces will account for 45%.
