Versiunea în limba română

Manufacturers in the construction materials industry can apply, starting today, on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, to benefit from non-refundable grants intended for the establishment and development of production capacities for construction materials, in accordance with the current standards and needs of the market. The session will be open for 30 days, until Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

It is about the official launch of the Construct Plus program, to which both SMEs and large established or active companies can apply for financing, and its scoop is to reduce the trade deficit resulting from the import of construction materials, stimulate investments in less developed counties, increasing domestic production of construction products and materials. The program has a total budget of 596 million euros for the period 2023-2026, of which a budget of 149 million euros is allocated for 2024.

To assess the eligibility and analysis of funding requests, applicants must submit approved annual financial statements for the period 2020-2022. Start-ups are exempt from this requirement. The required documentation will include the statement of assets, liabilities and equity as well as the profit and loss account. These documents must be submitted to ANAF to confirm their authenticity. It will also check the return on turnover of businesses active in the last 3 fiscal years and whether they have positive equity at the end of the 2022 financial year. Applications for funding approval, together with supporting documents, must be submitted to the MEAT Registry , located in Bucharest, at the address: Calea Victoriei no. 152, Sector 1, with the following note on the envelope: "Directorate of Industrial Policies and Financing for Industry - O.U.G. no. 68/2023".

The Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism encourages all eligible companies to apply for this program and thus contribute to the growth and development of the construction sector in our country.
