EnglishForadex - Bucharest shareholders will convene 20. May to discuss an increase in share capital from 11.19 million RON to 14 million RON by issuing 1.12 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON, according to an announcement to RASDAQ. The capital increase will be performed through a capital injection and a swap of receivables for shares. The shareholder meeting is open to shareholders who registered as such by 2. May. Preemptive rights will be granted to shareholders registered as such by 6. June.
Foradex currently has a share capital of 11.19 million RON, divided into 4.47 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is Amteck Investitii SRL with 99.64%. Foradex shares are traded on RASDAQ - XMBS as FORD. The market value is 40.3 million RON (11.3 million EUR) as per the latest quotation of 9 RON/share set on 10. March.
