EnglishGaranti Bank offers a special package of products and services targeting companies in which women hold a significant weight in the shareholder structure, a press release by the banks states.
The package includes the waiving of the operations fees for interbank payments in lei and a 50% discount for operation commission for international payments, performed in the first six months after the opening of the account. The fees for any loan taken on by the company and the activation fee for the internet banking service called Garanti Online.
"Among our customers in the SME sector (small and medium enterprises) we see an increasing number of businesses led by women and we are interested in offering this segment the support it needs", said Cristian Dragos, deputy managing director of Garanti Bank, according to the press release. He added that this initiative is part of the bank that to support the SME sector.
Women entrepreneurs can also receive special terms when using the Bonus Card credit card with mirror: the elimination of the issuance fee, the doubling of the bonuses for the purchases made in the weekends of March and December, as well as the making of interest free purchases in installments in all the stores which are part of the Bonus Card interest program, the press release states.
