EnglishGemisa Investments has announced the acquisition of 45% in Centrul Medical Diagnosis SA for 1.5 million EUR. "This transaction emphasizes our interest in the medical industry, to which we intend to allocate significant investment budgets in the future, too," said Gemisa Investments CEO Dragos Rosca.
This is the 14th transaction that Gemisa Investments has completed since it was established three years ago. The company made another two investments in the medical industry in the past years - Cristal Diagnostic and Oxigen Plus. Medical Diagnosis is planning to invest some 5 million EUR over the next three years to achieve a 10 million EUR turnover at the end of 2010.
